Emily is a physiotherapist who holds both a master’s degree in Physiotherapy Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. Having worked in a large multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinic since graduating university, Emily is familiar with working as part of a health care team and is able to direct you to the treatment modality to provide the best result for you.

Emily is a physiotherapist who holds both a master’s degree in Physiotherapy Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science. Having worked in a large multidisciplinary musculoskeletal clinic since graduating university, Emily is familiar with working as part of a health care team and is able to direct you to the treatment modality to provide the best result for you.

Emily has completed further training in pelvic floor physiotherapy. This has given her the skills to assess and treat multiple pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. She is also able to work with pregnant and post-natal patients to assess their pelvic floor, address any musculoskeletal and pelvic floor concerns, and guide their exercise and return to exercise journey. Working closely with colorectal surgeons, obstetricians and gynaecologists, Emily is able to assist with pre and post operative care to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Emily has completed additional training in Rehabilitation Pilates and is well versed in integrating this into the patient’s rehabilitation program. She is able to provide both mat work and reformer programs individualised to each person’s specific injury and
goals. She also runs multiple small group Pilates classes which allows her patients to improve their strength and stability while engaging with each other in a fun and supportive environment.
