Meg has undergone postgraduate training in women’s health and injury rehabilitation, and brings her knowledge and experience to assist in educating and finding a holistic solution individual to you. With Meg, she will create an exercise plan so you can live your most fulfilling active life! You’ll see Meg taking our classes and she is also available for one on one exercise physiology and personal training.
